This website is operated by My Beagle. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to My Beagle. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and any purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Online store terms

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this store. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and product information

We sell dog-related products that may be fulfilled and shipped directly by independent suppliers. We try to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately, but screens and supplier information can vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product at any time.

Always review the product label, sizing, materials, warnings, and instructions before use. Supervise pets when appropriate and promptly remove damaged toys or equipment. Product information on this site is not veterinary advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian about your dog's health, allergies, diet, or whether a product is appropriate for your pet.

Pet food and treat safety. Pet foods, treats, and edible chews sold through My Beagle are manufactured and fulfilled by independent suppliers. Before feeding, review the product label, ingredient list, allergen information, feeding directions, expiration or best-by date, and all warnings. Consult a veterinarian before introducing a new food or treat, especially if your pet has allergies, dietary restrictions, a medical condition, or takes medication.

Stop using the product and contact a veterinarian promptly if your pet experiences an adverse reaction. Keep the original packaging, lot number, expiration or best-by date, and remaining product because this information may be needed for a supplier or safety investigation. My Beagle does not manufacture or alter these products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any product-liability, warranty, consumer-protection, or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, supplier unavailability, shipping restrictions, or payment issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Prices, payment, taxes, and duties

Prices may change without notice. The price and applicable shipping charges shown at checkout apply to your order, subject to correction of obvious errors. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method. Taxes are collected where required. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes unless checkout states otherwise.

5. Shipping and delivery

Items may ship directly from different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for rates, tracking, address changes, delivery issues, and other details.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because products are dropshipped, do not send a return to My Beagle or to an address on a package unless we provide written instructions. You must contact us first so the appropriate supplier return instructions or label can be arranged.
